April 26, 2026Key Responsibilities– Act as a trusted advisor to management on all human capital matters, ensuring alignment with business strategy and HR best practices.
– Support talent acquisition, induction, and employee onboarding processes for optimal integration and productivity.
– Guide and coach managers on employee performance management, development planning, and disciplinary procedures.
– Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of performance, meritocracy, and diversity.
– Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and Al-Futtaim Group HR policies throughout the employee lifecycle.

– Ability to influence, coach, and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
