Robert Half are working with a professional services company, based in Dubai, looking to hire a HR Advisor. You will join a leading team where you will support in all areas of generalist HR and recruitment. You will have experience of working in professional services, legal or financial services.
The Role
- Generalist HR activity including employee relations
- Liaise with recruitment agencies per department to support annual hiring across each business areas
- Support annual graduate recruitment
- Support and partner with HRD on performance management
- HR guidance on underperformance
- Provide employee relations advice on all aspects of employment law
- Partner with HRD on exits for all business areas
- Learning and development
- Candidate onboarding and induction
- Focus on well being and support CSR
- Managing team members as required – junior admin
The Candidate
- Must have at least 3-5 years HR experience
- HR degree qualified
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Experience of in house recruitment and on boarding
- Excellent communication skills
Salary and Benefits
Up to 28,000 AED per month, plus company benefits
