This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai for an HR & Administrative Executive and Secretary, the Administrative Executive will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling attendance and billing, and managing staff members.Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in office management and administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in the paper and/or recycling industry is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in SAP or relevant Human Resource and Administrative software.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and handling pressure.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage labor and visa processes including renewals and new applications.
- Process leave, leave salary, airfare, loans, and other employee requests.
- Maintain and update employee records (both hard and soft copies).
- Oversee local staff and Emiratization initiatives.
- Administer various insurances including medical group insurance, workmen compensation, vehicle insurance, PAR, PLL, money, and fidelity coverage.
Expected salary: $15 per hour
