Job description: Requirements:Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, with a focus on VIP, VVIP, or Royal Families preferred.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy objects if required.Responsibilities:Supervision and Training: Directly supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to established standards and protocols.Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of all assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with established standards. Address any deficiencies promptly and effectively.VIP Service: Maintain a keen understanding of the unique needs and preferences of VIP, VVIP, and Royal Families. Coordinate with staff to ensure personalized and discreet service at all times.Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and amenities. Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner.Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with management, staff, and clients to address any concerns, requests, or special requirements promptly and professionally.Schedule Management: Develop and maintain efficient work schedules for housekeeping staff, ensuring adequate coverage while optimizing productivity and resource utilization.Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations for housekeeping staff, providing feedback, coaching, and recognition as appropriate.Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and compliance with health and sanitation regulations. Implement corrective actions as needed to maintain a safe and healthy environment for both staff and clients.
Expected salary: 8000 per month
