Job description: Job DetailsDuties And Responsibilities To report for duty punctually and ensure proper grooming as per hotel policy. To attend daily briefing in selected areas conducted by Supervisor/Manager. Be fully trained on resort standards and procedures required to carry out daily tasks. Use and maintain all chemicals, supplies and equipment as per hotel standards. Clean, replenish and prepare all guest rooms as per hotel standards. Move and position cleaning trolley in the corridor ensuring a safe and hazard free corridor as per hotel policy. To follow the resorts key control policy. Operate machinery and equipment accordingly. Report malfunctioning tools, incidents, and guest room issues correctly to supervisor and to Engineering department. Report lost and found articles as per hotel policy. Report in-room safe issues as per hotel standards and policies. Report unusual guest behavior or activities as per hotel standards. Have thorough knowledge of the layout of the guest rooms and corridors, and all housekeeping storage spaces with what they hold. Follow hotel’s health and safety policies and procedures. Attend trainings necessary for the tasks and as per hotel requirements. Carry out any other job-related duties when requested by the hotel.Company DescriptionFound in the world’s most inspiring destinations, One&Only is an exceptional collection of one-of-a-kind resorts and private homes.
