Your primary responsibility will be to provide a warm welcome and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process. Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive impression and maintaining high standards of customer service.Key Responsibilities:1. Guest Relations: Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Assist with luggage and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.2. Check-in and Check-out: Efficiently handle guest registration and departure procedures, including processing payments, issuing room keys, and providing relevant information about the stay.3. Communication: Serve as a central point of communication between guests and various hotel departments, ensuring that guest inquiries, requests, and complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.4. Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized front desk operations by handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence effectively. Keep accurate records of guest information, payments, and transactions.5. Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and concerns with tact and diplomacy, striving to resolve issues promptly and to the guest’s satisfaction. Escalate unresolved matters to management as necessary.6. Safety and Security: Adhere to hotel security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff. Monitor lobby area and report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.8. Professional Development: Stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and services.
