- Welcome the guests in a friendly, professional manner, manage reservations and waitlists using a system or manual log.
- Coordinate guest flow by monitoring dining room activity, communicating with staff and ensuring smooth seating and timely service.
- Handle guest interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and special requests, while assisting with phone calls and general information.
- Maintain a clean and organized hostess station and entrance area to always ensure a pleasant first impression.
Expected salary: 9000 per month
