Job description: JPC – 5107Experience Consultant (HEC) – Job DescriptionRole Summary:The HEC plays a significant role in connecting consumers and brand. You put consumers first before any other priorities. It’s your job, as a HEC to be approachable and curious, and be at your best to engage consumers before, during and after a purchase. You ask questions and actively listen to our consumers’ needs in order to demonstrate how can enrich their lives. You help create the energy and excitement around products, providing the right solutions and getting products into consumers’ hands. The HEC is dedicated to delivering a consumer experience that is unique and every day is an opportunity to turn a new experience store visitor into a loyal consumer. You are expected to build brand loyalty and create owners of products.Responsibilities:Consumer Experience

  • Maintain a daily handover communication with colleagues or partners to ensure necessary customer shopping experience issues are monitored and resolved.
  • To create memorable experiences that showcase the benefits of products and services. Support the ’s fan’s club signups.
  • Help set up a consumer’s new products and offer personalization.
  • Support customer training session and to help customer expands their passion and potential.
  • To take ownership to address any consumer complaints personally with high professionalism. Ensure proper handover if required and always partner with your supervisor to provide appropriate solution.

Service Excellence

  • Recommend suitable solutions to our consumers based on Experience Style
  • Proactively approach and engage with our consumers to understand their needs and present complete solutions for all consumers, both in store and online. Strive to provide world-class consumer service to consumers.
  • To bring products,service, and ecosystem to life through demos, personalization, and answers to consumer questions.
  • Provide troubleshooting advice and introduce the benefits of shopping with – often to multiple consumers at the same time.
  • Stay up to date on new information, product and service offerings and company initiatives, by leveraging internet tools and resources, on-the-job experiences and peers.
  • Attend and complete all necessary product and soft skill training modules in store or online within expected time frame.

Sales Focus

  • Commit to sell-out plan in all product categories and deliver incentive targets presented to you by your supervisor.
  • Offer complete solution by recommending relevant accessories to consumers to increase average transaction value.
  • To adhere to HES returns and discount policies
  • Follow HES marketing offers and pricing strategy.
  • Key qualifications:
  • Proven ability to deliver great consumer experiences in a very active environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
  • Strong communication skills to converse freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual consumers.
  • You have a passion for learning about technology and products, and agility at learning new products and features.
  • Stay on top of news about industrial leading technology and products updates, ready to apply your learning in consumer interactions.
  • You’re willing to learn and embrace Experience Style.
  • You have strong people skills- you’re approachable, a good listener and empathetic.

Additional requirements:

  • You have demonstrated previous sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cross-industry experience is welcome- a retail background is a must.
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • You read, write and speak English or local language fluently. Additional language ability is an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You are flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience of any retail establishment.

Expected salary: 5000 – 7000 per month
