A group handling a chain of discount retail stores within Middle East RegionJob Description:
- Develop & implement a comprehensive country-specific business plan aligned with company’s overall strategy
- Lead a high-performing team of District Managers, Store Managers, and other operational personnel to work on store budgets and expenses effectively, ensuring cost control and profitability
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, inventory management, customer service, merchandising, and compliance with company policies
- Implement strategies to maximize sales, foot traffic, and brand awareness in the market
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and market share expansion
Salary:
AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.REQUIREMENTSQualifications:
- Open to Indian nationality
- Male, 50 years old and below
- Minimum 10 years of total experience and at least 5 strong years’ experience as a leader/manager in retail industry
- Can travel within the country of assignment without restrictions
- Must have a strong understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
