A master’s degree is a plus.Proven experience (7-10 years) in a similar leadership role, preferably in the fintech, blockchain, and global markets space.Deep understanding of emerging technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and the wider digital economy.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering products on time and within budget.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly, also can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to virtual assets is highly desirable.Company DescriptionCommercial Bank of Dubai is one of the leading banks in the UAE, offering innovative and bespoke personal banking and business banking services, through state-of-the-art digital channels including mobile and online banking and through an extensive branch and ATM network.
