Job description: ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.Oversee leasing activities, from marketing spaces to negotiating leases with tenants.Analyse market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive in the real estate market.Resolve tenant concerns and negotiate renewals to maintain occupancy.Gather feedback from tenants to continuously improve the leasing experience.Monitor financial performance of the leasing portfolio, including rent collection and occupancy rates Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets best practices.Prepare and present regular leasing and financial reports to senior management. Collaborate with marketing for promotion.Ensure that leasing strategies contribute to overall company financial goals.Work closely with the marketing team to promote vacant properties and attract potential tenants.Utilize effective marketing channels to increase property visibility.Ensure that all leasing agreements comply with legal standards and company policies.Identify and mitigate leasing-related risks to protect company interests.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.Lead, mentor, and develop the leasing team to achieve high performance and engagement.Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the leasing department.Conduct performance reviews, set development plans, and ensure skill-building within the team.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in real estate management, business administration, finance, or a related field. MBA is preferred10 years of experience in real estate with focus on leasing and tenant management, 5 years in a leadership role overseeing leasing.Proven track record in leasing strategy, tenant relations.Certification in real estate management or property managementIn-depth understanding of local and regional real estate marketsFamiliarity with property management softwareleadership and management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and data analysis toolsExcellent communication skills and presentation skills.Understanding of the specific financial challenges and regulations.

Expected salary: 15000 – 17000 per month
