As Guest Services Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for VIP guests at the Palace Lounge. Your role includes handling arrivals and departures, reservations, and offering seamless service that reflects Jumeirah\’s five-star excellence.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest check-ins/check-outs and handle group bookings with efficiency and care
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, maintaining privacy and professionalism
  • Process payments securely while explaining services and promoting added-value experiences
  • Assist with reservations for spa, health club, dining, and curated activities within the resort
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all guest amenities to enhance stay experiences
  • Address concerns or complaints courteously and escalate when needed to ensure satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a similar front office or receptionist role in a 5-star hotel or resort
  • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Russian or European languages is an advantage
  • Proficient in Opera PMS (Cloud), Microsoft Office, HotSoS, and Sevenrooms
  • Experience in both guest services and F&B is highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural luxury hospitality environment
