As a Guest Services Executive, you will play a key role in welcoming VIP guests, enhancing their arrival experience, and providing engaging, knowledgeable service throughout their stay. You will also assist in administrative operations and act as a brand ambassador of Jumeirah\’s unique cultural heritage.Key Responsibilities
- Greet and escort VIP guests to their rooms, coordinate luggage delivery, and ensure efficient, courteous check-in
- Share insights about hotel amenities, services, and local cultural history, becoming a storyteller for Jumeirah’s unique identity
- Upsell hotel services and assist with reservations for dining, spa, and experiences
- Manage guest requests, celebrations, and service coordination with internal departments
- Maintain daily administrative reports, update guest profiles, and support communication with hotel departments
- Follow up on guest satisfaction and take proactive steps to ensure outstanding service
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a luxury hotel in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English
- Proficient in handling multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- A positive, courteous attitude with strong cultural awareness and attention to detail
