As a Guest Services Executive, you will be responsible for delivering personalized guest experiences at check-in and check-out, handling inquiries efficiently, and offering informed recommendations on services and facilities across the resort. This is a front-facing role pivotal to enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.Key Responsibilities
- Perform guest check-in/check-out efficiently and assist with pre-arrival and extended-stay requests
- Handle group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to SOPs
- Answer phone and email inquiries promptly, professionally, and with a service-first attitude
- Promote in-house services, such as rooms, spa, health club, and tour experiences using suggestive selling techniques
- Maintain updated knowledge of all facilities and services to provide guests with accurate and value-driven recommendations
- Uphold the highest standards of grooming, professionalism, and hospitality while interacting with guests
Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles, preferably in the UAE
- Strong retail or cash-handling experience (minimum two years)
- Excellent communication skills and professional email etiquette
- Emotional intelligence and service orientation with strong problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Knowledge of Opera or similar PMS software is advantageous
