As a Guest Services Executive – Front Office at Jumeirah Burj Al Arab in Dubai, you will be the face of one of the world’s most luxurious hotels. This role involves welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring each guest has a smooth, pleasant experience. The ideal candidate will embody the values of Jumeirah’s exceptional service while maintaining professional communication both in-person and digitally.Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-in and check-out professionally, including pre-registration and extended stays
- Manage group bookings and follow standard procedures based on departmental needs
- Answer all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Respond to email inquiries within standard turnaround time using proper etiquette
- Promote and explain rates, facilities, and services such as spa, rooms, and tours using suggestive selling techniques
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all offerings across Spa, Health Club, Front Office, and Guest Experience departments
- Deliver a consistently welcoming, courteous, and helpful experience to guests
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality or guest services
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or cash handling
- Excellent customer service orientation with a polished appearance
- Strong emotional intelligence and guest engagement skills
- Ability to reflect the Jumeirah brand through grooming and professional conduct
