As a Guest Services Executive, you will manage front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, payment handling, and personalized service delivery. You’ll be a key contact for guests, ensuring every interaction reflects Jumeirah’s commitment to excellence and warmth.Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
  • Handle payments accurately while safeguarding guest privacy and preferences
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Cross-sell resort services such as spa bookings, health club access, and dining experiences
  • Maintain deep knowledge of hotel facilities, SOPs, and guest experience standards
  • Address concerns and resolve guest issues promptly and diplomatically

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of front office experience in a luxury 5-star hospitality environment
  • Fluency in English and Italian (verbal and written)
  • Working knowledge of Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office tools
  • Confident in managing guest complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural work setting
