As a Guest Services Executive (Receptionist), you will be the first point of contact for guests at Jumeirah Al Naseem. You will manage arrivals, departures, guest queries, and booking assistance while ensuring a seamless and personalized stay for every visitor. Your communication skills and attention to detail will define the standard of guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and manage check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations
- Process payments, maintain confidentiality, and ensure billing accuracy
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints through various communication channels
- Provide up-to-date information on resort services, spa, leisure facilities, and promotions
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver timely guest requests and reservations
- Follow company SOPs and attend training sessions to uphold service excellence
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a front office or receptionist role within a 5-star luxury property
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering guest-centric service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment and handle sensitive situations with discretion
