As Guest Services Executive, you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and bookings with utmost professionalism. Your ability to deliver exceptional service, manage guest requests, and coordinate with other departments is crucial to ensuring a five-star experience at one of Dubai’s most iconic resorts.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out procedures
  • Handle payments and billing accurately while protecting guest privacy
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, maintaining a professional and courteous manner
  • Promote hotel services using suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experiences
  • Coordinate with Spa, Health Club, and Experience Teams to assist with guest reservations and questions
  • Resolve guest complaints and special requests in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Attend regular trainings and comply with Jumeirah SOPs and service standards

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Front Office or Reception role within a luxury 5-star property
  • Additional experience in Food & Beverage or guest services is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English; Russian or another European language is a plus
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, and Sevenrooms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
