As Guest Services Executive, you will serve as a key contact for all concierge-related services, including dining reservations, transportation requests, and guest inquiries. Your ability to communicate clearly, resolve guest concerns, and provide accurate recommendations will help elevate the overall guest journey within Jumeirah Al Qasr’s luxury setting.Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest inquiries professionally through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Provide concierge support including tour bookings, restaurant reservations, and transportation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt delivery of guest services
  • Demonstrate strong local and property knowledge to guide guest decisions
  • Follow Jumeirah SOPs for communication, service, and escalation protocols
  • Maintain updated logs and guest history to support personalized service
  • Handle complaints tactfully and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
  • Attend service briefings, training sessions, and knowledge refreshers regularly

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar concierge or guest services role within a 5-star luxury hotel
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Sevenrooms
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian or other European languages preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and service mindset
  • Comfortable in multicultural environments and fast-paced hospitality settings
