The Guest Service Support Expert ensures smooth daily operations in food and beverage service by setting up tables, assisting the kitchen, replenishing stock, and maintaining cleanliness. This position plays a key role in creating seamless guest experiences and supporting the team behind the scenes.Key Responsibilities
- Assist service team with setup and preparation of dining areas
- Support kitchen staff with timely delivery of items and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
- Replenish cutlery, crockery, and service tools as needed
- Follow hygiene and safety standards to ensure guest well-being
- Communicate courteously with guests and colleagues
- Uphold grooming standards and wear uniform professionally
- Move and lift items up to 50 pounds, including setup materials
- Respond to guest needs proactively when appropriate
- Perform additional support duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No prior experience required; hospitality or restaurant exposure preferred
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Willingness to assist across various food and beverage tasks
- Positive attitude and team spirit in a dynamic environment
- Basic reading and comprehension for menus and instructions
