Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Concierge, or Front Office at a 5-star hotel
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Proficient with Opera PMS Cloud, HotSoS, Sevenrooms, and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Confident in handling multiple guest needs while maintaining service excellence
