  • Conduct property tours and promote the resort’s exclusive facilities

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Concierge, or Front Office at a 5-star hotel
  • Fluent in English and Russian
  • Proficient with Opera PMS Cloud, HotSoS, Sevenrooms, and Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Confident in handling multiple guest needs while maintaining service excellence
