The Guest Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for guests visiting Bahri Bar, ensuring smooth seating, handling reservations, and coordinating special events. This role demands excellent communication, a polished presence, and a proactive service approach to maximize guest satisfaction and retention.Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring smooth seating and service flow
- Manage reservations and coordinate special events in line with Restaurant Reservations SOPs
- Identify guest preferences and provide tailored menu recommendations, including for dietary needs
- Respond efficiently to guest requests and ensure they are addressed within defined timelines
- Maintain strong knowledge of restaurant services, local attractions, and menu offerings
- Answer guest calls professionally, using the standard Jumeirah script within three rings
- Support the F&B team with seamless communication of guest preferences and table management
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a hostess or guest relations staff in luxury hospitality or high-end restaurants
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, French, Russian, Mandarin, or Italian is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with diverse guests
- Professional grooming and adherence to hospitality uniform standards
- Confident, well-presented, and organized under pressure
