Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a guest-facing or customer service role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain composed under pressure
  • Physically able to stand, walk, and move items under 10 pounds as needed
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
