As a Guest Experience Expert at La Ville Hotel & Suites, you’ll be the friendly face guests see when they arrive and the helpful voice guiding them through their stay. Your role is more than front-desk duties-it\’s about curating an atmosphere of genuine welcome, creating memorable moments, and anticipating guests’ needs in a luxury boutique hotel setting.Key Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures with professionalism and accuracy
- Deliver warm, efficient, and intuitive service throughout the guest journey
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
- Share local recommendations and hotel offerings that enhance the guest experience
- Support front office operations, including handling reports and maintaining records
- Ensure personal appearance and communication reflect Marriott’s quality standards
- Operate in accordance with safety, confidentiality, and company policies
- Assist with luggage handling, reservations, or concierge duties as needed
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No prior hotel experience required-training will be provided
- Positive, proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on your feet and handle light physical tasks
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow in a luxury hospitality environment
