Your role is vital in creating a smooth, personalized experience for each guest, ensuring their journey is seamless and memorable from arrival to departure.Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests professionally and provide a smooth check-in/check-out process
- Address guest queries, requests, and service needs with efficiency and empathy
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and dining recommendations
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, safety policies, and grooming guidelines
- Record and follow up on guest feedback or service issues
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist in administrative tasks
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with hospitality best practices
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 10 pounds if needed
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
