The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multinational corporations (MNCs), diversified businesses, or groups of companies, with a proven track record of implementing HR best practices to drive organizational success.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the group’s overall objectives.
- Drive HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for key positions across the group.
- Implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
3. Performance Management:
- Develop and oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
4. Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
- Implement career development initiatives to support employee growth and retention.
5. Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee morale across the group.
6. HR Policies and Procedures:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are in line with best practices and legal requirements.
- Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across the group.
7. HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Prepare regular HR reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR leader in MNCs, diversified businesses, or groups of companies.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Expected salary: 20000 per month
