As an active member of the senior management team, they lead the way to advance the agency’s mission and business—identifying opportunities and turning them into realities.The Work:The Group Account Supervisor serves as the internal leader of a brand, building and maintaining positive client relationships with a focus on achieving their goalsMaintain contact with clients to ensure a strong understanding of their needs and effectively communicating that to the internal team, staying on top of business opportunities and/or significant changes in the client’s business structure or needsTake a leadership role in the development and presentation of the agency’s recommendations, POV’s, and strategic initiatives, actively promoting agency offerings to clientsPartner closely with creative and integrated producer partners to ensure day-to-day workflowSeek out and maintain complete working knowledge of the assigned disease segment, products, and target audiencesWork with strategy partners to develop creative briefs and strategic plansAct as a key contributor of tactical brainstormingProvide accurate and timely product forecasts, managing quarterly reconciliations and billing.Work with integrated producer to build SOW’sDevelop and help manage career growth plans for junior account team members – instilling confidence in your teamHeres what you’ll need:5+ years of experience in an account/client services role in the healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising industryBonus points if:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experienceExperience managing or mentoring othersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage deadlinesA drive to elevate thinking and the workCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
