- Participate in six-month generalist rotations followed by a 12-month functional specialization
- Contribute to business operations, project support, and performance reporting
- Assist with project management, data analysis, and stakeholder communication
- Prepare presentations and participate in strategic decision-making sessions
- Collaborate cross-functionally across business units
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs
- Support sustainability, marketing, or design initiatives depending on placement
- Actively contribute to a culture of innovation, teamwork, and excellence
Job Requirements
- UAE national with a valid family book
- Recent graduate or final year student in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related fields
- Demonstrated internships or prior work experience preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
