You’d like to do this
- Be the main BlueHalo point of contact for all government auditors.
- Responsible for annual Incurred Cost Submissions to DCAA (currently 2)
- Responsible for coordinating all Government accounting audits – gathering information from accounting system with assistance from accounting staff if needed. This would include timesheet audits, incurred cost audits, CAS audits, accounting system audits, purchasing audits, etc.
- Responsible for yearly provisional indirect rate submissions.
Responsible for CAS Disclosure Statement submissions, revisions, correspondence * Provide expert guidance on FAR and other compliance matters to senior leadership.
- Communicate effectively with members of senior leadership.
- Assist Director of Internal Audit and Compliance with various other tasks
You’re required to have this
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related.
- Experience with Incurred Cost Submissions
- 8+ years of relevant compliance/audit experience
- Experience with DCAA submissions/audits and the ability to communicate effectively to external auditors.
- Strong understanding of indirect rate calculations, FAR/DFARS, CAS, and GAAP accounting
- Strong analytical skills are required.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written with all levels of management.
