This role will directly contribute to revenue growth and customer engagement for the Blue Rewards platform.Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales of gift cards through loyalty programs, banks, aggregators, and corporate clients
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with government, semi-government, and private sector partners
  • Lead commercial negotiations, sales contracts, complaint handling, and payout processes
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, KYB, and Central Bank audit guidelines
  • Coordinate fulfillment operations across Blue Rewards, marketing, data, and finance teams
  • Analyze partner performance, report delays, and recommend improvements
  • Promote gift card usage across redemption and points exchange platforms

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in gift card corporate sales, business development, or fintech loyalty
  • Strong understanding of API integration for sales channels
  • Solid knowledge of Central Bank and regulatory compliance
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and high-value partners
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, ethical, goal-oriented professional with time management skills
