Strategic Leadership

- Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends in the perfume industry.
Operations Management
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, from raw material sourcing to production, quality control, and packaging, to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry regulations and customer expectations.
Supply Chain Management
- Develop and optimize supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management, to ensure a seamless flow of materials and products.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, keeping the company abreast of changes and developments in the regulatory environment.
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a general/operations manager.
- Industry Experience: Perfumes & Cosmetics – Manufacturing & Supply Chain (Mandate).
- Quick and precise decision-making skills.
- Handle P/L commercials for the company.
- Experience with handling exports to multiple countries.
- Open to candidates based abroad.
- Strong capabilities in strategic planning, operational excellence and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to improve business performance, drive innovations and manage teams.
- Nationality: Indian preferred.
- Age criteria: 40 – 50 years.
