- Carefully inspect fruits for ripeness, size, and overall quality
- Gently harvest fruits from plants or trees using hand tools
- Sort and separate fruits based on their characteristics
- Ensure that fruits are handled with care to minimize damage and maintain quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents
- Adhere to production schedules and meet productivity targets
Requirements
- Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to differentiate between different fruit varieties
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of farming practices and fruit quality standards
Expected salary: 5300 – 5700 per month
