Job description: Front End Engineer (React) – RemoteInnova Solutions has an immediate need for a Frontend Engineer with a deep understanding of React and JavaScript to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing disruptive products, directly impacting enterprise growth.
- This job is fulltime remote opening
- Candidate WILL have 5+ years of experience in total
- Candidate WILL have strong React, React Native, along with ASP.NET development skills.
- The ideal candidate should also have C#, API & SQL Server on the back-end as well.
- This job is slated for a 6 month contract to hire, NO C2C or 1099, W2 ONLY
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop features and improvements to the company products in a secure, well-tested, and performant way.
- Develop and maintain user-friendly and responsive interfaces for mobile and web applications.
- You’ll work with Product Management and other stakeholders (Backend, UX, etc.) to iterate on new features.
- Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment.
- Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.
- Consistently ship small features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members.
- Collaborate with the team on larger projects.
- You’ll help improve the overall experience of our product through improving the quality of the Frontend features both in your group and features that benefit other groups.
- You’ll help identify areas of improvements in the code base, both specific to your group and outside your group (e.g.. component library) and help contribute to make it better.
- You’ll learn, collaborate, and teach other Frontend Engineers.
- Everyone can contribute something new to the team regardless of how long they’ve been in the industry.
- You’ll fix prioritized issues from the issue tracker.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge:
- Professional experience with Angular, React, React Native, ASP.NET.
- Working knowledge of Java, C# or NodeJS
- Understanding of Docker-based applications in a cloud environment
- Proficiency in utilizing AI assistant tools such as GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Experience using Git in a professional/workplace environment
- A solid understanding in core web and browser concepts (e.g.. how the browser parses and constructs a web page)
- A solid understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript concepts.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment
- Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions
- Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems
- Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process
- Demonstrated ability to onboard and integrate with an organization long-term
- Positive and solution-oriented mindset
- Effective communication skills: Regularly achieve consensus with peers, and clear status updates
- An inclination towards communication, inclusion, and visibility
- Self-motivated and self-managing, with great organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with other parts of the organization

Education, Certifications and Prior Work-Related Experience:
- Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Degree Preferred: Master’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
Certifications:
- Work Experience: 4 or more years of prior work related experience
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range- $120-140K/year range
