- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring swift check-in/check-out procedures
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate room assignments, preferences, and upgrades in alignment with St. Regis standards
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest feedback
- Resolve guest concerns efficiently while maintaining brand integrity and service excellence
- Collaborate with housekeeping, bell service, and butler teams to personalize guest experiences
- Uphold Marriott International’s commitment to privacy, safety, and exceptional service delivery
- Stay informed about hotel amenities, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk preferred; luxury hospitality experience a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is desirable
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages (especially Korean or Chinese) is an advantage
- Proficient with hotel software systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
