- Handle guest complaints efficiently while maintaining brand reputation

- Use property management systems to manage guest data and room assignments
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality certifications are a plus
- Previous front desk or guest services experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are a bonus
- Proficiency in hotel management software such as Opera PMS
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-pressure, team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to luxury guest service
