We are seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The Outlet Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, controlling costs, and maximizing revenues.Job Responsibility:
– Supervise the daily operations of the food and beverage outlet
– Train, manage, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service
– Monitor and control inventory, food and beverage costs, and other expenses
– Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues in a timely mannerCandidate Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Outlet Manager or similar role
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices
– Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferredSkillsSkills:
