  • Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage service operations to maintain service excellence
  • Manage staff schedules, delegate assignments, and evaluate team performance
  • Train and mentor F&B team to meet luxury service expectations
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and food quality standards are consistently upheld
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a professional, guest-first approach
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage costs while maintaining product standards
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure seamless kitchen-to-table service
  • Contribute to menu planning, pricing, and seasonal promotions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-friendly dining environment

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further hospitality or culinary education is a plus
  • Minimum 4 years of food and beverage experience in a supervisory or team leader role
  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
  • Familiarity with food safety, hygiene regulations, and service standards
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Computer-literate and analytical with a problem-solving mindset
