- Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage service operations to maintain service excellence
- Manage staff schedules, delegate assignments, and evaluate team performance
- Train and mentor F&B team to meet luxury service expectations
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and food quality standards are consistently upheld
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a professional, guest-first approach
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage costs while maintaining product standards
- Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure seamless kitchen-to-table service
- Contribute to menu planning, pricing, and seasonal promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-friendly dining environment
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further hospitality or culinary education is a plus
- Minimum 4 years of food and beverage experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
- Familiarity with food safety, hygiene regulations, and service standards
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Computer-literate and analytical with a problem-solving mindset
