As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee restaurant operations, support team members, and ensure the highest levels of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. This role combines floor supervision, staff training, and daily operational management in a dynamic hotel environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate front-of-house team to ensure seamless guest service
  • Monitor staff appearance and correct any grooming or attire issues
  • Perform opening/closing procedures, including inventory checks and equipment cleaning
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper use of FIFO procedures in storage areas
  • Oversee dining room readiness, guest seating, and safety standards
  • Support management with training, scheduling, motivation, and team development
  • Resolve service-related issues and guest concerns promptly
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen, staff, and guests
  • Inspect tools and machines for safety and functionality
  • Move, lift, or carry objects up to 50 pounds when needed
  • Assist in implementing new procedures for cost-efficiency and service improvements

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience
  • Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and guest relations skills
  • Physically capable of extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and company policies
