Job description: Responsibilities:LeadershipSets and maintains service standardsLeads the shift leaders, technicians, and service providersMotivate employeesCoaches, Counsels, and disciplines employeesDetermines priorities, sets goals and follows-upPrepares schedule, monitors, and control shift attendanceEngineeringResponsible for Maintenance of Hotel, Public area and Service apartmentResponsible for maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical areas and makes sure that preventive maintenance is done on time as per scheduleMaking sure guest requests are resolved and meeting the guest there afterMonitors working condition of all Electrical and Mechanical plant of the propertyTo make sure that all work order and guest complaints are attended and completed on timeMonitors daily utility consumption and takes steps to control itTakes lead role in Energy conservation program for the property and follows environmental policy of the groupBased on property demand additional responsibility may be givenHas a complete understanding of hotel’s employee handbook and adhere to the regulations contained withinHas a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safetyEnsure all drawings are in placeOversee recycling and waste disposal programs.BudgetingPrepares department budgets for CE review and approvalEnsure all CAPEX are ordered and completed on time, PRs are raised in advance, follow up for completion, etc.TrainingOrientation & Induction of new employeesAnnual Training planConducts and records technical job knowledge trainingAnalyses training needsEmergenciesActive member of Emergency Response team for the propertyTo monitor and record all engineering team members have gone through Fire, Life & Safety training programRequired SkillsBachelor’s degreeExperienced in similar position minimum 3 years in a 4 or 5-star propertyOverseas exposure is a plusExperience in multi-cultural environmentKnowledge in civil, mechanical, structural, a/c and electrical engineering, Knowledge of engineering principles, practices and methods, Knowledge of safe operation and basic hand and power tools, Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures, Knowledge of first aid and CPR

Expected salary: 10000 – 11000 per month
