Prepares monthly reports and financial statements. Responsible for compiling, processing, and submitting a variety of invoices and other documents to be paid daily. Maintains files and is responsible for initiating correspondence with the individual/company/facility to resolve discrepancies. Prepares month-end inventories and tracks spending on BPAs throughout the division. Coordinates with other departments/facilities to reconcile discrepancies between paperwork submitted to their office and other documentation. Completes duties as a government credit card holder and makes purchases for the FBCR division and others as needed. Prepares/processes/tracks purchase requests both locally and with the Regional Procurement Office. Maintains a working knowledge of the financial lines of accounting and general ledger account codes (GLACs) and designates/assigns those codes on procurement and financial reports/documents accordingly.Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy. Assists customers and communicates positively in a friendly manner. Takes action to solve problems quickly. Alerts the higher-level supervisor, or proper point of contact for help when problems arise. Adheres to safety regulations and standards. Promptly reports any observed workplace hazards, and any injury, occupational illness, and/or property damage resulting from workplace mishaps to the immediate supervisor. Adheres to established standards of actively supporting the principles of the EEO program and prevention of sexual harassment.Performs other related duties as assigned.
