- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the limousine company.
- Record and categorize financial transactions, including income, expenses, and payroll.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide analysis of variances.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Stay updated on any changes in local financial regulations that may impact the company.
- Prepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Present financial information to management for decision-making purposes.
- Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
- Provide necessary documentation and explanations for audit inquiries.
- Prepare and file timely and accurate VAT returns in compliance with UAE tax laws.
- Stay informed about changes in tax regulations and ensure the companys adherence.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
Expected salary: 5001 – 10000 per month
