- EVMS Setup and Management (COBRA Tool)
- Establishing and Managing Program Management Baselines
- Performing Earned Value Analysis
- Support the Program EVMS Business Rhythm
- Support the Weekly/Monthly Financial Reports and Analysis
- Working with Program Management, Control Account Managers, Planning, Contracts, FP&A and other functional disciplines

- Bachelor or Masters degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work independently, build strong relationships, and balance tasks in a competing priority and deadline-driven environment
- Ability to apply skills and knowledge to provide sound, data driven analysis
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance, thus US citizenship is required.
Desired skills
- Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
- Proficient in Earned Value Management System concepts, reporting, implementation and execution
- Experience with COBRA Earned Value System
- Experience with Material Management
- Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution understanding
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Ability to provide detailed analysis and apply critical thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience communicating across all levels of leadership
- Proactive problem solver with critical thinking skills
- Experience with LM Space Finance Software (Cobra, SAP, Hyperion)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems
- Team player with strong communication skills and positive attitude
