- Cash flow forecasting.
- Release payments- daily EFT’s and monthly payments to clients.
- Reviewing of supplier amendments.
- Reviewing supplier recons monthly.
- Executing foreign supplier revaluations monthly.
- BEE preferential procurement calculation and upload.
- Creditor aging analysis.
- Debtor age analysis reconciliation to TB (ensure submodule balances).
- Monthly Group reporting of debtor classification (Client Risk).
- Monthly reporting of sales, forecast and order book value (Flash sales).
- Maintaining fixed asset register depreciation calculation monthly.
- BEE scorecard management.
- Month end journals and other non-routine journals.
- Recharges to group companies.
Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- BCom
- BCom Honours and CTA
- CA(SA)
Experience:
- Completed SAICA articles.
- Big 4 audit firm exposure beneficial.
- Experience in the client manufacturing industry is beneficial.
Skills & Competencies:
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles and procedures.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Good understanding of VAT and Company Income Tax.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality analytical.
- Process orientated.
- Good Microsoft Office (MS365) knowledge
