Job description: Come and join the Information Services Division within the Corporate Services Group as our Finance Technical Product Owner.

This position will be responsible for the management of demand and the delivery against SLAs of Service Requests, Incidents and Requested Items. The position will also be accountable for ensuring the delivery of all Technical Business as Usual, run activities of the finance applications, and ensuring compliance with system patching, user access and system audit logging.

The successful incumbent will be required to closely work with various stakeholders to enable the delivery of new functionality and upgrades through projects supported by the project team.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Experience in the support Finance systems and teams (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience is a must).
  • Experience with Service Management Software, preferably ServiceNow, for assignment of Service Request, Incidents and Problem tickets. Strong experience in the management of support queues and reporting against SLA’s.
  • Detailed understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodology, and the management of implementation of changes in accordance with a Change and Release schedule.
  • Detailed documentation development experience in the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and Configuration Workbooks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience both managing customers and third-party suppliers.
  • Formal qualifications in ICT or a related field (preferred).

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.

Expected salary: $130673 – 174869 per year
