About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for our client’s education and medical division. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, provide strategic guidance, and lead a dedicated finance team under the CEO’s mentorship.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting system for accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts with CEO guidance.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend cost-saving strategies.
- Provide financial advice to the leadership team and other departments.
- Oversee investment decisions to optimize returns.
- Manage payroll processing to ensure timely payments.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and educational regulations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain relationships with auditors, bankers, and other partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA) required.
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare finance experience.
- Proven success in managing financial operations and budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficient in financial software and accounting principles.
- Understanding of healthcare billing and reimbursement methodologies preferred.
- Commitment to ethical and compliant financial practices.
