Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years experience of handling GroupConsolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, Group Reporting and Tax Compliances.2. Strong grasp of finance, accounts and with a good experience in financial accounting.3. Experience in a fast growing start up environment with knowledge on IFRS.4. Hands-on experience with implementation and optimization of an ERP system, SAP isa plus.5. Travel is required for this role to Mine locations on need basis.6. Working experience in Mining industry will be helpful.7. Demonstrates excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.Key Performance areas1. Preparation of Group Consolidated Financials and Board Packs on Monthly basis2. Ensuring smooth & timely completion of Statutory audits for group as a whole: Fromfinalizing the commercials to sign off the financials.3. Driving Multi country FP & A- Annual Business annual plan, Rolling Fcst and Budget vsActual.4. Ensuring compliance, risk management with implementation, monitoring andeffectiveness of Internal Controls for all the regions.5. Cash flow and working capital management6. Lead Countrys Tax planning & tax optimizing strategies and establish global Transferpricing rules.7. Reporting Key performance matrix dashboard financial and non-financial for theorganization.8. Implementation of the Erp System.

Expected salary: 18000 per month
