We are hiring a Finance Executive to join the world-renowned Jumeirah Burj Al Arab team in Dubai, a landmark in luxury hospitality. This role is ideal for professionals with strong financial operations experience, preferably within high-end hotel environments, who can maintain precision and efficiency in back-of-house finance processes.Employment Overview

  • Open the store promptly each day and operate in line with Jumeirah’s Quality Management System and luxury brand standards
  • Maintain optimal stock levels through approved min/max processes; generate timely purchase requisitions
  • Receive and verify deliveries, ensure proper categorization and storage of items using FIFO principles
  • Post daily requisitions in the system; liaise with Supply Chain and Logistics to monitor unfulfilled requests
  • Conduct daily inventory checks and ensure cold storage areas meet temperature compliance standards
  • Monitor product shelf life and proactively address near-expiry goods
  • Keep store facilities clean, hazard-free, and organized
  • Communicate slow-moving or urgent items to the Store Manager; handle returns and credit notes efficiently

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or a related field
  • 2-3 years of finance or storekeeping experience in a high-end hospitality or luxury retail environment
  • Confident and capable of working in a multicultural team, with strong complaint resolution skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial systems used in hotel operations
