Job description: Responsibilities:Gather existing policies and procedures related to various hospitality functions (e.g., Revenue management, Accounting, GL, Reporting, AR, AP, etc.)Analyze them against IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), USALI (Uniform System of Accounts for Lodging Industries), and industry best practices.Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.Based on the review, revise or create new policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IFRS, USALI, and industry standards.Focus on clarity, conciseness, and ease of implementation.Deliver Updated hospitality policies and procedures manualsDeliver Self-review checklist for ongoing monitoring and improvement
Expected salary: 7000 – 8000 per month
