- Ensure team members wear proper uniforms, carry ID cards, and possess required digital tools during fieldwork

- Presentable appearance and professional conduct
- Must have valid Family Sponsorship Visa or Employment Visa
- Comfortable working in the field with diverse teams
- Basic familiarity with digital tools like tablets and survey software preferred
