Job description: Job DescriptionOur client, a Global Beverage company is looking to hire a Field Force Marketing Manager, based in Dubai. Budget AED 18K – 20K + Bonus + BenefitsResponsibilities:Lead Local Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Own and execute the UAE marketing plan across ATL, BTL, digital, social, and influencer channels.
- Act as Company’s ambassador to ensure presence in the right places and conversations.
Cultural Integration & Scene Ownership
- Immerse Company’s product into key subcultures: sports, music, gaming, drift, street culture.
- Build relationships with local organizers, communities, and underground influencers.
Influencer & Opinion Leader Management
- Activate a diverse influencer network (creators, artists, athletes) aligned with Brand’s bold identity.
- Oversee content campaigns that drive brand relevance and engagement.
- Partnerships, Events, Sampling & Grassroots Activations
- Develop brand partnerships and drive high-impact activations.
- Oversee sampling team/agency and innovate new brand engagement formats.
Agency, Budget & Partner Management
- Manage local agency partners and the UAE marketing budget.
- Track ROI and KPIs across all initiatives.
- Sales & Retail Marketing Integration
- Partner with Sales on joint retail activations and field initiatives.
Market Insight & Local Trends
- Stay ahead of market and cultural trends to keep “Company Brand” fresh and relevant.
What Success Looks Like:
- “BRAND’s product” becomes a loved and talked-about brand in UAE youth scenes.
- Strong influencer network and impactful local activations.
- Clear alignment between marketing and sales.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of marketing experience in beverage, lifestyle, or youth culture brands.
- Proven track record in advertising, social media, events, and influencer marketing.
- Strong connections and cultural understanding of UAE’s entertainment and sport scenes.
- Naturally well-networked among creators and opinion leaders.
- Proactive, strategic, and hands-on with project and budget management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
